Your access and use of the public website (the “Website”) and the private portal which requires registration to be accessed (the “Private Portal”, and together with the Website, the “Platform”) located at mindful.portal.gs. Pursuant to an arrangement between Mindful Therapy Group and Greenspace Mental Health Ltd., the Platform is made available by Greenspace Mental Health Ltd. for use by Mindful Therapy Group, its subsidiaries, employees, contractors and patients. By creating an account, you are agreeing to comply with the terms of the Agreement that have been agreed to by Mindful Therapy Group.
